The Team Lead of Platforms Africa, Adeola Yusuf, has been named a panelist at the First African Forum for Economic and Financial Journalism (FAPEF) conference in Abidjan, economic capital of Ivory Coast.
Adeola Yusuf, one of the most decorated, award-winning financial journalists in Africa, will be joined by top economists in the World including Rym Ayadi, a Profesaor of economic at Business School, City University of London; Koffi Ange Houngbedji, Senior Analyst at African Development Bank (AfDB); and Mr. Idriss Linge, Rédacteur en Chaf de l’Agence Ecofin among other speakers at the CRRAE-UMOA in Abidjan for the second edition of FAPEF confab coming up between Thursday, March 24 and Friday, March 25, 2022.
Announcing this on the FAPEF website, organisers of the event said that panelists at the hybrid event were carefully selected based on their knowledge and antecedents in economic and financial journalism and development.
The speakers including Yusuf, a Laureate of Thomson Reuters Foundation Scheme on Illicit Finance Reporting in Africa, will shed light on the topic; “Financial inclusion at the heart of economic transformation.”
